I looked into buying tickets for a concert at the House of Blues next month.  A friend of mine informed me that the box office there is closed.  As in, closed for good.  I wander over to ticketmaster.com to investigate.  I note the “Tickets for this event are not for sale at Ticketmaster retail outlets”.  I then note that I cannot think of where there are any ticketmaster retail outlets.  (I checked.  There is one in Faneuil Hall but from what I’ve seen, House of Blues tickets are not available there)  Anyway.  The tickets to the concert are 22.50.  (Although the bands website lists them as 21.50 but whatever)  I’d consider that reasonable.  The downfall? The 7.60 convenience fee for buying tickets online.  Oh. Thats cool.  Thanks.
